Learn why there was no show yesterday, thanks to Bobby’s stupid body. Find out about David Walker’s oh-so-illuminating plane ride next to a drunk christian with a lot on her mind. Discover what the phrase “skyburial” entails thanks to Cort’s worldly nature. Marvel at Hasbro’s amazing sense of redundancy as they put a Words With Friends board game into production. At some point, discussions of self-involvement, Seattle’s terrible parking practices (which include just crashing in order to create a parking space) Seattle fans terrible fandom, but not as bad as Kansas City’s fandom, which is pretty damn gross. Dave’s new project with AMC, Monopoly rules, and whether or not Dave should date the singing teapot from Beauty and the Beast. It’s good to be back.

The video Bobby referred to was actually a Sounders fan yelling at another Sounder fan, which is exactly the correct amount of douchiness one would expect from those dumbasses.

“I wanted to murder a fan of the opposing team, but Seattle fans are shitty.”

Okay.

Also, Portlanders complaining about passive-aggressive behavior?

Gonna have to side-eye that.

Pretty sure Cort provided examples, and you have not. Enjoy your vague superiority, Shittleite.

I don’t have recent examples, because I haven’t been down there in awhile. I don’t need _that_ much twee.

Thank you, Auguste. I rushed here as well to point out that incident was Sounders douche vs. Sounders douche. Excuse the redundancy.

How to play monopoly in about an hour:
Play by the rules. No House rules. IT’s a completely different game. There is a mathematical advantage to certain properties. Hint: They aren’t dark blue.

And I LOVE the drinking aspect Cort talked about. I will do that version at my next geekend.

Of course, there are far better games overall. Pandemic and ‘Lords of Waterdeep’ spring to mind.

Phones:
Interesting note. There are no actual studies determining more accidents are caused by talking on the phone or texting, only inferred meta studies.
And even though phones usage has increased, and texting has increased, the number of accidents and fatalities continues to decline.

Most people in a sports stadium for major sports and concert venues are douche nozzles. Sit the fuck down and enjoy the game like a civilized person.

Dave – Do you just jump into relationships? I ask becasue I had the smae problems you described. SO I decided that I would do things I like to do on dates. If she liked them keep dating, if not I would politly move on. After over 2 decades of marriage, I think I can say that worked for me. Life too short for bad relationships, and trying to fix broken people.
2 caveats:
1) If you have kids, well then suck it up.
2) You are paid to fix people.

This episodes was pretty fun, despite the sports talk.
